Refund policy

Any of our items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. In addition, returns are subject to a restocking fee equal to 15% of the value of the order.

There are no refunds on shipping and related charges associated with delivery or returns. In other words, if we pack and/or ship your order and for some reason you refuse it, handling and shipping charges will still apply.

Damaged shipments are rare and will be replaced or refunded.

Ideally customers use the KacePack provided packaging in the event of a product return. Product that is damaged during transit due to inadequate packaging cannot be refunded.

Please inspect all packages at the time of arrival and contact us immediately about any damaged products.

We can not accept returns of used merchandise nor returns of less than full master carton quantities.
