Shipping policy

Domestic (USA warehouse)

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
Estimated shipping time to U.S. & Canada is up to 5-10 business days.
For larger pallet orders, the shipping time extends up to 14 business days.

The selling price displayed on the website for in-stock goods at the U.S. warehouse is inclusive of international shipping costs, taxes, tariffs and duty.

Domestic shipping costs are calculated at the time of the shipment leaving the warehouse, are based on market rates and final costs are subject to delivery location, and volume of goods. This is billed and must be paid in advance of delivery of goods.

For the avoidance of doubt, domestic shipping costs are not included in the product cost.

There are no refunds on shipping and related charges associated with delivery or returns. In other words, if we pack and/or ship your order and for some reason you refuse it, handling and shipping charges will still apply.

Unless specified at the time of purchase, we use standard courier and other ground transportation services to fulfill domestic orders.

International & Custom Orders

The selling price displayed on the website for out-of-stock goods is exclusive of international shipping costs. These costs are calculated at the time of the shipment leaving the warehouse, are based on market rates and final costs are subject to delivery location, and volume of goods.

All freight costs are exclusive of tariffs, tax, duty, and other related surcharges. We can provide an estimated rate in advance of actual shipment, however this estimate would be subject to change.

As a value added service, we offer transportation services to all of our clients via trusted third-party freight forwarding companies. We are more than happy to allow clients to use their own freight forwarding partners if a client prefers. We do not act as the importer of record (consignee) for any shipment.
